In-home consult and color samples
We measure the doors, drawers and boxes, check the existing finish, and leave large-format color samples so you can see the finish in your own kitchen light before anything is opened.

Label, remove and mask
Every door and drawer front is numbered and removed, hardware is bagged by location, and the kitchen is sealed off with plastic and floor protection so dust and overspray stay out of the rest of the house.

Clean, degrease and sand
Kitchen cabinets carry years of cooking grease. We degrease every surface, scuff-sand to give the coating something to bite into, and fill dings and grain where a smooth finish is wanted.

Bonding primer
A bonding primer built for slick factory surfaces goes on first. This is the step that decides whether the finish lasts five years or chips at the first fingernail.

Sprayed cabinet-grade finish
Doors and drawers are sprayed off-site style in a controlled setup, boxes are sprayed in place. Multiple thin coats, sanded between, for a hard glass-smooth surface with no brush marks.

Cure, rehang and walk through
Coatings are given time to cure, hardware and soft-close hinges are reinstalled, doors are aligned, and we walk the kitchen with you before we call it done.
